Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the browser extensions provided by AI Content Hub LLC (“we”) handle information. The Japanese version is the governing text.
Everything runs inside your browser
The extensions run inside your browser on your computer. Page text, captions, tab lists, URLs and similar data are used only to show them on screen or copy them, and are never sent to our servers.
We do not collect or sell personal data
We do not collect personal data or browsing history through the extensions. We do not store it on our servers, and we do not sell or share it with third parties. We use no analytics tools and no ads.
Saved settings
Some extensions save display settings (for example, whether the panel is shown, or the format you chose last) and usage counts used to apply the free limit (for example, how many videos you fetched today) only in the extension storage inside your browser. These are not sent to us and are deleted when you remove the extension.
What each extension accesses, and why
| Extension | What it accesses | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Full Page Screenshot HD | The tab where you clicked the icon | To capture in high quality, it connects to the tab being saved through the browser's debugging feature for a moment and disconnects right after. While saving, the browser shows a bar saying the browser is being debugged. Images and page content are never sent anywhere. |
| YouTube Transcript Copy and Download | YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/) | To show the panel on video pages and get captions from YouTube. It does not access any other site. |
| Enter for New Line, Ctrl Enter to Send | Supported sites (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, Google AI Studio, DeepSeek, Grok, Mistral, Poe, Teams, Slack, Chatwork, Discord, Google Chat) | To change what the Enter key does (new line or send) in the message box of those sites. It does not read what you type and sends nothing anywhere. Only your on/off choice per site is saved. |
| Suggest Keywords for Google, YouTube, Amazon | The autocomplete services of Google, YouTube, Amazon, Rakuten and Bing | To get autocomplete suggestions for the keyword you type from the site you choose. Only the keyword is sent. Nothing is sent to our servers. |
| Color Picker Eyedropper, HEX RGB HSL | The tab where you clicked the icon, only when you use Colors on this page (other tabs: the site you allow) | To read a page's background, text and border colors only when you press Colors on this page. Colors, history and palettes stay in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere. |
| Read Aloud, Text to Speech for Web Pages | The tab where you used the icon, right-click or shortcut, including PDFs (or the site you allow) | To split the page text into sentences, read them and highlight the current one. Nothing is sent to us. Only online voices send the text to the browser provider. |
| QR Code Generator & Reader for Any Page | The tab where you clicked the icon (its URL, and the visible screen only when scanning), and the camera only when you scan with it | To make a QR code of the current tab, and to read QR codes on the page or from the camera. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is sent anywhere. |
| AI Chat Export to Markdown and Notion | ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini (chatgpt.com, claude.ai, gemini.google.com) | To read the messages on the chat page and export them. Nothing is sent anywhere. |
Permission to access “all sites” is not requested at install time. We ask on screen only when it is needed, and you can revoke it at any time in your browser's extension settings.
What is sent to services you choose
Some extensions send data directly to a service you choose, as part of how they work. It does not pass through our servers.
- Suggest Keywords: sends the keyword you type to the autocomplete service of the site you choose (Google, YouTube, Amazon, Rakuten or Bing). Only the keyword is sent.
- Read Aloud: only when you choose an online voice, the text being read is sent by the browser to its provider (Google or Microsoft). Voices on your computer stay on your computer.
Camera video used to scan QR codes, and the scanned contents, are used only inside your browser and never sent anywhere.
Pro
Payments and Pro subscriptions are handled by Link, provided by Stripe. We never receive card numbers or other payment details. For Pro users, the extension sends only the Pro key to our server (tools.ai-content-hub.com) about once a day to check that the plan is still active. The key contains only an identifier for the subscription, not page content or browsing history. Our server only returns the result and does not store the key or subscription details.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.

Analytics on this website (Kitbench)
This website (kitbench.net) uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how it is used and to improve it.
We only use them if you choose “Accept” in the notice shown at the bottom of the page on your first visit. If you decline, Microsoft Clarity is not loaded and Google Analytics runs without cookies (consent mode). You can change your choice at any time from “Analytics settings” at the bottom of each page.
Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data such as the pages you view, how you arrived, and the type of device you use. It also counts what you do on the page (which kind of button you press, the number of the option you choose, how far you scroll, how long the page is open, and the type and size of a file you choose). We never send the text or files you enter, file names, or the results of the tools. Microsoft Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to capture how you interact with pages through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay. Data captured by Microsoft Clarity may also be used by Microsoft and Microsoft Advertising. We do not collect information that identifies you, such as your name or email address.
Text and files you enter into the web tools, and results such as generated passwords, are processed only in the page. They are not sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity (tool areas are masked in Microsoft Clarity).
The one exception is the Website Annotation Tool: our server fetches the page at the URL you enter on your behalf (the site you request sees our server, not you). When you press “Create share link”, the page content, marks, comments and replies are stored on our server so that anyone with the link can view and edit them. Free links are deleted 7 days after they are created, and Premium links after 1 year. Before you create a link, your draft is kept only in your browser. To limit abuse, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for 10 minutes.
AI connector (MCP) and public API
Some Kitbench calculators (character count, days between dates, age, Japanese era, consumption tax and unit conversion) can also be used from AI assistants such as Claude through our MCP endpoint (https://kitbench.net/mcp) and our public API (https://kitbench.net/kb-api/v1.php). The text and dates sent are used only to calculate and return the answer on our server. They are not stored and not sent to any other service.
To prevent abuse, we keep a one-way hash of the connecting IP address and the time for 10 minutes. If you call the public API with your input in the URL (GET), that URL may remain in our server’s access log; send private text with POST instead (the AI connector always uses POST).
For how this data is handled, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
