Numbers are made in this page and never sent anywhere. Your range and the numbers you have drawn are saved only in this browser.
How to use
- 1. Set the rangeEnter the lowest and highest number. It starts at 1–100, so you can press right away. The 1–6, 1–10 buttons set common ranges.
- 2. PressPress “Generate”. Space or Enter generates again. Change “How many” for several numbers, and tick “No repeats” to avoid duplicates.
- 3. One at a timeFor bingo or a raffle, switch to “One at a time”. Each press draws a number that hasn't come up yet, and the drawn numbers stay listed in order.
Common ranges
| Use | Range and settings |
|---|---|
| Instead of a die | 1–6 |
| Picking an order or a turn | 1 to the number of people (no repeats, that many numbers) |
| Bingo | 1–75 with “One at a time” |
| Raffle tickets | 1 to the number of tickets with “One at a time” |
How fair is it?
Phones and computers have a random number generator strong enough for cryptography. This tool uses it, so every number in the range has the same chance.
The same number can come up twice in a row. That is chance too. Previous results don't make a number less likely next time (except in “One at a time”).
FAQ
Who is this for?
People running a bingo night or a raffle who need to call numbers. Teachers and team leads who want a fair order for presentations, seating or chores. Anyone picking a winning number for a giveaway. Anyone who needs a batch of numbers from a set range for a game or a test.
When is it handy?
Calling bingo numbers 1 to 75 one at a time at a party. Giving everyone in a class a unique number to pick seats. Choosing one raffle ticket. Rolling 1 to 6 when there's no die. Full screen makes the result big enough for a projector.
Is it really random?
It uses your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues) and is built so every number has exactly the same chance, even in the leftover cases that make simple methods slightly biased.
Is my range or my result sent anywhere?
No. The numbers are made in this page. Your settings, the last 30 results and the numbers drawn in “One at a time” are saved only in this browser. “Clear history” deletes the history.
How big can the numbers be?
Whole numbers from minus 1 trillion to 1 trillion, negatives included. Up to 1,000 numbers at once.
Can I get numbers without repeats?
Yes. Tick “No repeats” and no number appears twice. If you ask for more numbers than the range holds, you'll see a message. You can also sort the result as drawn, smallest first or largest first.
What's the difference between “Many at once” and “One at a time”?
“Many at once” makes a fresh set of numbers each time you press, so a number can come up again on a later press. “One at a time” draws a number that hasn't come up yet on every press, keeps the drawn numbers listed in order, and shows how many are left.
Can I use it to call bingo?
Yes. Press “Bingo 1–75” to set the range to 1–75 and switch to “One at a time”. Each press draws one number and the drawn numbers stay listed, even if you close the page. Press “Start over” to reset.
What happens if I change the range in the middle of a draw?
If you've already drawn numbers in “One at a time”, the page asks you to confirm, because the drawn numbers will be cleared. Choose Cancel and the range goes back to what it was. This keeps numbers from two different ranges from getting mixed.
What if I enter the range backwards?
The smaller number is used as the lowest. It just works. Thousands separators like 1,000 are read correctly too.
Can it make decimals?
Not yet. Whole numbers only. If you type something like 1.5, you'll be asked for a whole number.
Can I copy the numbers?
Press “Copy” to copy the result. In “Many at once” you get one number per line; in “One at a time” you get the drawn numbers in order, separated by commas. Paste them straight into a spreadsheet or a note.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. On a narrow screen the result, the range and the Generate button are at the top, so you don't need to scroll. How many, No repeats, Order and History open in a panel that slides in from the right. On a keyboard, Space or Enter generates again.
