How to use

When is it most useful?

Instead of signing on paper and scanning, you sign on screen and get an image you can place in PDFs or Word documents. Save it once and simply reuse the image next time.

What does transparent background mean?

With "Download PNG", everything except the signature lines is transparent, so no white box appears when you place it on a document. Use "Download JPG" if you need a white background.

Is my signature uploaded?

No. The signature is turned into an image on this page and never sent anywhere. The same applies to typed names.

Can I sign on my phone?

Yes. Sign with your finger inside the white box. Styluses work too.

Can I make a cursive signature from my name?

Yes. Choose “Type”, enter your name and pick one of the four handwriting fonts, then set the color and text size. The handwriting fonts cover Latin letters. Download it as a transparent PNG or a white-background JPG.
