Click Signature, draw it with your mouse or finger, then press Add. The signature is placed on the page you’re looking at. Drag it to move it, and drag the round handle to change its size.

Yes. Click Image and choose a PNG or JPEG file. It’s placed on the page you’re viewing, and resizing with the round handle keeps its proportions. JPEG images have no transparency, so their white background covers what’s underneath; a PNG with a transparent background won’t hide the text or lines below.

Yes. Tap to add text and drag to draw boxes and lines. With any tool other than Select, dragging draws on the page, so switch back to Select to scroll. To change text you added, select it and tap it again.

No. PDFs with a password or editing restrictions can’t be opened here, even if they open without a password elsewhere. Ask the sender for an unrestricted copy.

There’s no way to type into the form fields themselves; add text on top of them with Text. When you save with additions, the form fields are flattened into the page, so they can’t be filled in as fields afterwards.

Yes. Choose a size of 10, 12, 14, 18, 24 or 36 and pick a color. To change something you already added, select it first, then change the size or color. For pen, boxes, lines and arrows, the size sets the line thickness.

Yes. Use Undo and Redo (up to 100 steps back). On a computer, Ctrl+Z (⌘+Z on a Mac) undoes and adding Shift redoes. To remove one item, select it and press Delete or the Delete key.

Yes. Use Rotate under each page to turn it 90 degrees, and Delete page to remove it. A deleted page is shown faded, and pressing the button again brings it back. You can’t delete every page.

Yes. Japanese is saved with the BIZ UDPGothic font, basic Latin text such as English with Helvetica, and languages like Polish, Russian and Vietnamese with Noto Sans. For the embedded fonts, only the characters you used are included, so the file stays light.

There is no set limit. All pages are drawn when the file opens, so long or large PDFs can be slow or heavy on phones and tablets.

That’s a Premium feature. With Premium, your signature is saved in this browser and you can reuse it with “Use saved”. On the free plan you can still draw and add a signature each time.

It isn’t changed. The edited PDF is saved as a new file with “_edited” added to the original name. If you try to leave the page while it has additions, you’ll be asked to confirm.
